We had a wonderful session today again, it was very fun and uplifting. It was not just a pleasure but we learnt a lot about self image through dancing

We had a wonderful trip at the Botanical Gardens in Manchester. It was lovely to see all the flowers in bloom. We walked around the garden, just admiring the various surrounding spaces of greenery flowers. It was truly amazing. Even though it was raining, it didn’t dampened our spirit. All the flowers looked even more refreshed, we all had had a hot beverage at the café with croissants. We thoroughly enjoyed the day out and we hope to do it again.
