Embracing Equity

Everyone was invited to join our International Women’s Day celebration. It was on the 10th march 2023, from 10am until 12:30pm @ Beech Court Community Room. Sabrina, our guest speaker from the NHS, who is well experienced in her field, took time to come and speak to us about what it means a women in our modern day society.

The theme this year was embracing equity –  meaning accepting everyone as they are, as a person regardless of their characteristics.

Lots of ladies joined us to celebrate women’s achievements within our community. It was really interesting and enjoyable. Refreshments were served and those who came enjoyed!
