Counselling & Signposting
Our group support is made up of women who have been through domestic violence and relationship breakdown and have recovered from the challenges, so they provide help and companionship to other women who are passing through similar challenges.
Our group support is held once each week and lasts for 2 hours

Workshops & Training
Our training is on confidence building. We make known to our service users the right techniques on how to build confidence and self-esteem, for example, accepting and believing in your own abilities.
Our workshops are designed to empower you with coping mechanisms to minimise the trauma linked to everyday life challenges. Our workshops involve lots of discussions and teaching.
Health & Well-being
Our health and well-being activities range from fitness classes, where we use dance to lose weight. We also encourage our service users to maintain a healthy lifestyle to reduce health disparities.
Our health and well-being activities help members of the community to live healthy lifestyles, make healthy choices and reduce health inequalities, helping our service users to be productive and healthy.
